Xavior was super helpful! We had a bunch of questions about fishing rods and kayaks and he really knew his stuff. He walked us through a few different options and explained everything without making us feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. Definitely appreciated his help!

Stopped by the store on wednesday to shop for my first ever fishing rod. Came across a young man named xavior. He was super helpful, more than i could ever ask. He told me how passionate he is about fishing and even told me about good fishing spots and learned a few tricks from him. Amazing service!

Came in yesterday to pick up some shoes for back support while walking and have to say I had an amazing experience. Employees were so polite and helpful. Also store was very clean and organized. Did go and buy a pair of Hoka's and I can feel a difference in my back.

I had an amazing experience at Dick’s Sporting Goods thanks to Lulu and Eber! From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to answer all my questions, made great recommendations, and made sure I found exactly what I needed without feeling rushed. Their positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out and made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s rare to come across customer service like this—Lulu and Eber went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back because of them!
